Are these genuine ZOLL units with a full warranty?
Yes. We are an authorized Canadian dealer, every unit is Health Canada approved, and the full five-year manufacturer warranty applies. Nothing sold here is grey-market or refurbished.
What is the difference between fully automatic and semi-automatic?
A semi-automatic unit tells you to press the shock button. A fully automatic one delivers the shock itself, after warning everyone to stand clear. Both analyse the rhythm identically and neither will shock a normal heartbeat. Fully automatic tends to suit sites where nobody has training.
How quickly does it ship?
Orders leave our warehouse within two business days, and shipping is free across Canada on orders over $99. Tracking reaches you as soon as the unit is on its way.
Can I order several units for different locations?
Yes, and it is worth speaking to us first. At three units or more we will quote you directly, split the shipment across your sites and keep the paperwork as a single order.
What if it turns out to be wrong for my facility?
Send it back within 15 days. Open the box, have a look, and if it is not right for the space return it. We do not ask you to justify the decision.
