Are these genuine Philips AEDs with a full warranty?
Yes. We are an authorized Canadian dealer, every unit is Health Canada approved, and the full eight-year manufacturer warranty applies. Nothing sold here is grey-market or refurbished.
What is the difference between the OnSite and the FRx?
The OnSite is the everyday workplace unit — lighter, cheaper and built for someone with no training. The FRx is the rugged one: IP55 rated, drop tested to 1.22 m, and it covers children on the same pad set. Choose the FRx for sites, vehicles and the outdoors.
How quickly does it ship?
Orders leave our warehouse within two business days, and shipping is free across Canada on orders over $99. Tracking reaches you as soon as the unit is on its way.
Can I order several units for different locations?
Yes, and it is worth speaking to us first. At two units or more we will quote you directly, split the shipment across your sites and keep the paperwork as a single order.
What if it turns out to be wrong for my facility?
Send it back within 15 days. Open the box, have a look, and if it is not right for the space return it. We do not ask you to justify the decision.
